I did a look today using 3 of the colors: Deep End, Evidence and Midnight 15.

I used Deep End over 2/3 of my lid, Evidence in the outer "V" and crease area and Midnight 15 for the highlight. I thought Midnight 15 was going to be darker but it actually applied very nicely as a highlight. A beautiful shimmer finish! To make the blue really stand out, I applied Urban Decay's liquid liner in Radium to the upper lash line. I then applied a MAC turquoise pencil liner to my lower lash line and topped that with Deep End on the inner half and Evidence on the outer half, blending them into the liner.

I used the following Make-up Jungle brushes to achieve this look:
#814 Fluff brush - Lid
#805 Outer "V" Angled brush - Outer lid (V area)
#818 Blending Fluff brush - Highlight
#817 Deluxe Crease Blending brush - to soften any harsh lines

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY URBAN DECAY!!!
That's a pretty combo. I'll have to try it! :-)
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love this palette. I just wish they would've come out with more matte colors. The packaging itself was enough to sell me. I'm a sucker for pretty packaging. :-)
Your lashes are amazing! What type of mascara do you where?
Yes, I am loving this palette too!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the compliment. I have pretty long lashes naturally, wish they were thicker, but I use different mascaras all the time. The one thing I swear by is a lash primer. I notice a huge difference with whatever mascara I use when I prime them. One of my fav's is Urban Decay. I ordered ELF's so will see how I like that one. The price is great, so hope it's a good one! For this particular look I used Benefit They're Real mascara.
Hope this helps!
Thank you,
Rachel
